Ans: The graph shows the birth rate from 2005 to 2012. In 2005 the birth rate was 30.01 per thousand people. In 2006 it was 0.21 less than that of 2005. In 2007 and 2008 the rate of birth decreased 0.44 and 0.5 per thousand respectively. However the rate of birth fell down in 2009. It was 24.68 which is 4.18 less than the previous year. It is the highest decrease at birth rate throughout the year 23.42/1000 was the birth rate of 2010. The birth rate continued to decrease in 2011 and 2012. The rate of 2012 was 22.53. From 2005 to 2012 the birth rate only decreased and it never increased. In these 8 years the rate of birth decreased 7.48 per thousand. In 2006 it decreased at the lowest degree which was only 0.21 and at the highest degree in 2009.
