In the year 2004, 45% people lived below poverty line. It was almost 10% more than that of 1995. The race slowed down in the next four year. In 2008, however some people came out of poverty. In this year 36.9% people lived below, poverty line. After two years in 2010 some more people came out of poverty. In two years from 2008 to 2010 poverty decreased 4.8%. Mortality increased rapidly but decreased slowly. The highest mortality rate was in 2004 and the lowest rate was in 2010 which was 31.5%.
