 Ans: The graph shows the number of people living below the poverty line from 1995 to 2010. In 1995, 35.6% people lived below the poverty line. After 9 years more people went below poverty line. In the year 2004, 45% people lived below poverty line. It was almost 10% more than that of 1995. The race slowed down in the next four year. In 2008, however some people came out of poverty. In this year 36.9% people lived below, poverty line. After two years in 2010 some more people came out of poverty. In two years from 2008 to 2010 poverty decreased 4.8%. Mortality increased rapidly but decreased slowly. The highest mortality rate was in 2004 and the lowest rate was in 2010 which was 31.5%.
