May I draw you kind attention to my order dated 11 October 2020. Three months have passed since I requested you to send some books to my address at an early date. I regret to inform you that those books have not reached me yet. This delay has caused me great difficulties and some loss too. I had to procure those books from other source.
So, please consider the order as cancelled if the books have not been already despatched.
