Letter to the Hon'ble Minister for Finance highlighting the importance of reduction of taxes on imported industrial raw materials.

Subject: Prayer for reducing taxes on imported industrial raw materials.

Dear Sir,
I, with due respect, would like to inform you of the fact that industrialization is the key to development of any country. But it is a matter of great regret that industrialization in our country is being hampered by higher taxes on imported industrial raw materials. A reduction of taxes on imported industrial raw materials will not only increase our exports but also promote our competitiveness in the global market. So, it is inevitable to reduce taxes on imported industrial raw materials in order to accelerate the pace of industrialization in our country.

May I, therefore, pray and hope that you would judiciously consider the adverse effects of higher taxes on imported industrial raw materials and take necessary steps accordingly and oblige thereby.
