I have the honor to state that while returning home from school on 01 September. I was caught by sudden rain and got completely wet. So I was attacked with cold and fever and could not attend school on 1 to 3 September.

I, therefore, pray that you would kindly grant me leave of absence for those three days and oblige thereby.
